Sanity effects from Eternal Darkness. The bathtub scene* just hits you so quickly.
And Pretty much all ragdoll physics... Especially from Destroy All Humans!

*If you are playing Eternal Darkness and are scared easily, do not, I repeat DO NOT go near the bathtub. You have been warned.
