It's been a while... here's another offer, "Fighter Bomber" with all video modes available. Copies I had found so far only allowed for VGA.

Seems like a cool little sim, in the vein of "Chuck Yeager's Air Combat". Manuals are also easy to find, as the game had 8 bit versions.
