DDR online? Does it include a massive, virtual concrete wall? Socialist manifestations? Stalin idolisation? Is it a member of the Warsaw pact? Is Erich Honecker there? STASI?
Anyhow, when making a game you really should have a plan for your work, and programming experience would come handy. I'd suggest either visiting the programming part of this forum, or going Google.
