Well, technically speaking, I have enough rights to publish the game (I did it once in past when System Shock page was killed accidentally). But I never did it, officially speaking, and I am not sure how to do that _right_ (i.e. what needed except review and files itself). I can do that, if noone else help. But I'd prefer Japo intervention.
