What we should do, is I'll re-upload the Sonic CD ISO to the ISO Cellar, and then we'll include this program in the Extras section on the Sonic CD page on the main site. We'll also explain what the program does on the page and pinpoint to it so anyone who wants to download the game won't have any trouble installing it. How does that sound? |

We can't simply upload and host other people's material. So you either contact him so we can add his program as extras with proper credits, or we simply add anote in review and link to this page. Actually, second options is probably cleaner one.
