look, iam giving up, there s no reason for me to urge you that frames are "better then css", i didnt even told they are, you jusnt dont listen to me and iam sorry if you dont understand my english=/. mortify frames just becouse of hyperlinking is not wise. all i wanted to say is that frames have disadvantages, BUT advantages too and they may be useful and easier to use for some ppl
