Sorry I had missed your link among the junk I had to moderate.
I have just tried to update your document, only to find out that there seems to be no way to do it.
Our website CMS allows us to add extras, but not replace them. I thought there would be a backdoor way to delete extras, but it doesn't seem to have the desired effect.
I don't see a good solution in this case...
