Good news.
I've temporarily stepped in to fill TheChosen's leadership/booking role. He's sent me over all of the required data files and I'm in the process of re-downloading EWR (not played it in over a year). I'll continue where he left off, he has left me some very rough instructions to follow and some advice. I'll adhere to both and hopefully we'll progress nicely without him.
