They probably coined the term 'used copies'. For 1$ they have to be.
Problem is, that like I said, the company changed its name, not only once, but twice!
GT Interactive -> Infogrames, Inc. (after being purchased by Infogrames Entertainment SA, 1999) -> Atari, Inc. (according to wikipedia)
I know very little of ownership and namechanges, but maybe we ought to check out these company names.
The rights to the title could be next to anywhere. So it is a daunting task to find out if it still is being protected.
As for 'No Go", that depends on ESA status, if it's still in the shelves ANYWHERE and AB's judgement, I recon.
