Just as you do normal WW (for start up wacky wheels)
Now you do WW (space!!!) ice (space!!!) jump (space!!) turbo
It should work...
But can`t tested at the moment...so hopefully i`m correct...

PS. In stead of ICE you can also do FIRE or HOG (not all togheter...only 1 a time from those)
