You're not only right in noticing that _most_ games are in English, but actually _all_ our games are. Non English games, such as you propose, was actually not allowed.
What Horseman means is that someone else brought up this same suggestion a few days ago, and the staff agreed that we're allowing non English games as of now.
If you want to request any particular game, post a new thread with the title in the
Requests board (if the thread doesn't exist yet, if it does you can post on it).
