You might want to try using the
Windows Media Encoder to encode it into wmv. I know thats not the best format, but I find it better than rm files. You should be able to get the file size down to a couple of megs.
edit: I just read that you can't install programs. Hmm well I think 51MB is a bit much for me to download right now. Someone else should be able to help you out
