Lately, at least for what I've seen in the game industry, I can no longer look for innovation in the games I play. It seems that the best I can do is to look for a good execution of the product or, what I like more, for an inmersive plot or good scripts.

And that is what I want to discuss here. Which are the games that in your opinion have better scripts? I have to say that Baldur's Gate games where brilliant in that subject (and I have heard many good things about Planescape: Torment). Also, the first Gothic was both inmersive with his story thanks to interesting situations and charactersr, and quite original for his blending of RPG and adventure.

For older ones I have to say that Loom has one of the most interesting and imaginative stories I have ever seen in a computer game.

What do you think?
