If you meant Star Trail, well, it is confusing to find his way in towns, but all you have to do at first is mapping entire town out (go anywhere the automap shows not explored). Then you'll see on the automap that many buildings display a certainly kind of building, be it a tavern or townhall etc. And there is an automatically placed description on the useful buildings in automap.
