The version I knew was german only, but it didn't have the english subtitle "The 5 Dimension Utopia" and I'm fairly sure it was distributed by the LBS itself without Rainbow Arts being involved.
I think that's a good chance of an international (english) version to exist out there somewhere (the link I posted above also shows the box complete with english subtitle and Rainbow Arts logo).
