I have been playing MK3 Ultimate against everyone, and Scorpion rocks.
I have become more powerful with Kung Lao, Sektor and Cyrax later too.
The best of mine:
Scorpion,
Sektor,
Cyrax,
Reptile,
Rain,
Kung Lao.
