vogons.org are great resources to finding solutions to known and unknown problems respectively. Both are pretty much responsible for my 100% success rate at making plug & play packages of pre-2000 games, tuned to perfection.
Only sweet problem is I keep finding new stuff to add to packages I deemed complete... For example only a week ago I discovered
tvtropes.org, a site rich in various and interesting triva about even the most obscure of games. So at one point I'll have to update each package to include saved offline .mhtml page.
