Here is a list of all the current DOSBox front-ends for Windows, Mac, and Linux (
http://www.dosbox.com/wiki/DOSBoxFrontends). Just scroll down the list until you get to the Linux section. Unfortunately, since I don’t use KDE myself, I don’t know which front-end would be the best choice for you.
