Iīve got a weired problem. Since my girlfriendīs old Pentium II 233 didnīt work properly anymore I decided to reinstall. She used WinXP ( yeah I know. One of the reasons why it didnīt work anymore. But she wants it like this) and so I tried to reinstall it. So I deleted the partitions which werenīt set cleverly. With the first hard drive no problem. But when I deleted the partitions of the second winxp setup hang up. "Ok" I said to myself and rebooted. But I didnt even reach the partition screen anymore. The machine just hang up again.
So I tried to install win98, which said that there were too much data on drive c: and it should be deleted BEFORE installing. But I donīt have the slightest idea how I should do that. Sadly, I donīt own pure dos on floppy disks. And Win2k freezes as well as WinXp.
Does anyone have any suggestions for this problem?
