Atomic Bomberman (yeah, somewhat fun in multiplayer) is for Windows. The original console title was converted to PC with the title of Dynablaster, though, and it is a DOS game. EDIT: Oh, it's on Abandonia.

Mine Bombers. Played that one for years, and even registered it when it was still shareware. The sequel is in production.
