Default Early 80's snake/pac man hybrid game?

Thanks for your help!!!

When did you play the game?
Early 80's

What computer did it run on?
Fairly sure it was an Apple IIe, but possibly ibm pc.

What were the graphics like?
- 4 colour CGA (i think)
- 2D

What was the music like?
- PC Beeper

What was the gameplay like?
Arcade game on a pac-man like maze. You were a segmented snake (or worm) with a head and 2-3 round segments for a body. The enemy snakes were longer (5-6 body segments plus head). As time passed your last segment would turn into an egg and be released - same for the enemy snakes. If you ate the enemy eggs (had a crack in them vs your smooth egg) you grew by one segment.

If your egg survived the match it would hatch into an extra life.

You could attack enemy snakes by biting them in the rear or in the side. If you were bigger than the enemy snake you could eat them head on (tie went to the enemy snake).

Which perspective were you given there?
Top down - like a pac-man game
