With a plethora of foods I don't need to fast.
However I have known people to do so to be pious! In addition fasting for short periods of time shows gratefulness to be humble. Please excuse my Ingles pero Yo estoy tonto; mi mama dice "No! Tu es de Jesus Cristo hijo." Yo dicer "Gracias mama y tu."
