Yes it does, I've seen several, it's just that they come up only whe nthere is something serious instead of just a small problem, as it used to come up. Last time this happened I unplugged my hard drive, took it round a friend's, copied all my crap onto his system, fixed it, and then got all my stuff back from my friend.
