No, the new developer is Nival. If I remember correctly, itīs a russion developer. They made Battle Mages, Silent Storm, Rage of Mages and Etherlords.
When I saw the first screenshots of HOMM 5, I thought: "Hey! Cool, Nival is making Etherlords III!" The design is very similar. (Wll, if I look at some screens, I must say, that it is exactly the same design.)
