The registry is not edited by the
RollCage.exe but by a Rollcage patch I executed.
I attached a registry data file.
Just download it, change the extension from txt to reg and execute it. If you are suspicious, you can open it as a TXT file to read that it only makes the said changes. 
Open and read.
