Maxis Software Inc. has 10 years ESA protection, but in 1995, Maxis was acquired by Electronic Arts (still exists as a fully-owned subsidiary)
Electronic Arts games are protected for 15 years...but the game should be abandonware since the rights are in Maxis hands...
