A witness said the man shot dead had something that looked like a large belt around him with some wires sticking out.
I hope that it wasn't an innocent man. On the other hand it annoys me that the muslim council of britain the first thing to said was "The Muslim Council of Britain said Muslims were concerned about a possible "shoot to kill" policy." I am concerned too, but what kind of a first message is that when a possible threat was neutralised? Just because he had darker skin the council presumes he was muslim?
