What? Hm, are you sure it's not just second episode?
I also thought of Castle of Winds because of beginning, but other hints didn't fit. I also thought of
Daemonsgate because for some reason I remembered there is inventory on the right, but after rechecking shots I see I'm wrong.
Screenshot you posted is definitely Ultima style, or some Ultima look-a-like.
