I think its silly question but still I am going to ask.
For the last one month I am receiving a lot of offline messages from people in my Yahoo Messenger Buddy list which says that Yahoo is closing down because of some reasons. Here is the sample one:-

HEY ITS CHRIS, FROM THE DIRECTOR OF YAHOO, EVERYBODY SORRY FOR THE ININTERRUPTION, BUT YAHOO IS CLOSING THE SYSTEM DOWN BECAUSE TOO MANY BOOTERS ARE TAKING UP ALL THE NAMES, WE ONLY HAVE 57 NAMES LEFT, IF U WOULD LIKE TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, DONT SEND THIS MESSAGE, IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT, SEND THIS MESSAGE TO EVERYONE ON YOUR LIST. THIS IS NO JOKE, YOU'LL BE SORRY IF YOU DONT SEND IT. I guess Yahoo Messenger is a very famous one and you also use it. If yes, then please tell back whether that message is true or just a joke!
