Why would you use an Xbox for emulatuion, what can it do that PC can't? For Dreamcast I am not sure either...

Plus getting an Xbox for emulation purposes is less expensive than getting a PC AND the Xbox does a *very* good job at emulating the 8 bit systems and many of the 16 bits as well
