Right when Frank was deciding whether or not to help the lady, he noticed many things.
1. A Top Hat had materialized on his head.
2. A Top Hat had materialized on the girls head.
3. A Bat...thing....was flying at him, to attack him.
4. A Top Hat had materialized on the bat-things head.
5. A omnipotent voice boomed 'Roll for initiative!'
Frank needed to act fast if he was to defeat his foe!
