There are USB floppy drives around, so you could use one. Or ask a pal who has a floppy drive in their machine to copy the files and burn them onto CD.
If you want to make exact copy of contents from a floppy, use WinImage - it can create exact images from your floppies. Essentially, the floppy equivalent of ISOs.
