It is simillar to D-Fend, but with much more options and nicer interface. You can set DOSBox in here, but it would require some work to make games work. (it is possible )

Also you can set your windows games, photos, videos, DVDs, etc.

I just tried SNES emulation, and it looks nice. (I don't have a lot of games on this PC)

Also, there is radio player, wether forecast, DVD player and some other nice things including different skins. In some sort it is a windows replacement, simillar to Windows Media Edition.

I believe if you have everything set properly, it requires a lot of room. (Mame it self without CHDs is over 10GB - more likely close to 17GB)

Thing with this front end that I don't like is that they are forcing you to donate. (annoying flash screen and some features turned off)


Attached is image of SNES browse by category. Note that there is no screenshots and images, as I don't have OfflineList installed, and it is required for easy download of images.
