I use scuumvm. It works well for the point and click adventure games... Quite well actually. I'm playing dreamweb at the moment. But I have Day of the Tentacle on standby as well as manic mansion.
Theme Park would be awesome, but I just don't think it would work too well. Unless you have a blue tooth mouse.
