If server space may be a problem, you could always just put a link to a download elsewhere, should be no problem with most shareware titles, especially popular ones, or those that are still hosted by the developers (e.g. id Software's FTP, which also has quite a few mirrors, just take a look
here).
It's just that some people might be unaware that they can try a game as a shareware episode or a demo before they buy the full version.
