When I saw your link was leading to Abandonia, I was convinced that this couldn't be it because I've gone through all the titles already and none seemed to match. Well, I guess that says a lot about how descriptive game logo pictures are - or how good I am at browsing lol!
On a side note, it seems that Netstorm gathered quite a cult following, despite the poor sales record. It is going to be an interesting evening!
