Never found this again, and I don't expect to find it.
The game is like bomberman, except the characters are dots (yellow, blue, red and green). It was released in 96 or 97 (possibly also 98). You can play single player or multiplayer. In single player you hunt brown monsters. In multiplayer you collect rewards (several bombs at a time, longer radius, high speed or you become a monster to confuse other opponents). I think there are some other rewards too. I think it is only released to PC. No console.
