Its just EA's way of catching up to Activision ever since their merger with Vivendi, which honestly I don't see why people aren't just as much complaining about, especially since we are going to get a ton of more guitar heroes in the coming future and much more of their liceneses too. Yes EA has made some really bad decisions with some of the companies they acquired Origin, Westwood, Bullfrog, etc... but had EA not done this move, chances are very good Activision was going to do it, despite their denial they made earlier in the week, they would have made a bid easily at a later date.
