well, Finale can do that, although it's a little tricky to use until you get the hang of it, but it doesn't really mix songs. Finale is more of a music composition program (meaning it is used to transcribe music) and not a music mixer. You can hook a microphone into your computer and attatch it to an instrument (guitar, any wind instrument, voice, etc.) and it will write out the notes exactly as you play them, but like I said, no mixing (it also doesn't help that it costs like, a bajillion dollars)
