Edit: Also, according to the ESA members list, Sierra Entertainment is not on there. Which company owns those rights if Sierra is not a member of the ESA? If no company on that list does, then why can the ESA tell us to remove those games, if they are, in fact, NOT protected by the ESA? :blink:
