OK I had already looked there but I was looking for a title starting with "Capcom" instead of SF.
You could use the "not updatable" folder instead in that case, though I think the intent of all the folders besides incoming has always been unclear and fluid... And the bad thing is that you don't know in how many places you have to look to know whether we have some content in the server...
