So sorry for the late reply! I've been busy with school and other shenanigans.
Unfortunately the library had a couple of issues regarding interlibrary loans and their cost, so I have not gotten a hold of the CD. I think now I have enough free time to try getting it again. I will keep you all posted if there are any updates.
