Uhhh.....
No, actually it was the first SF film I ever saw (in 1992 or thereabouts), and I thought it was amazingly cool (especially that scene at the end, when Robocop gets to shoot his former boss because the head of the company fires him). Later, of course, I realised that
Robocop is an awfully bad film and very late 1980s. But somehow I still like it.
