Because Abandonia's key feature is being able to download those games. Let's face it: there would be much less traffic if we were only chatting here
Opening to everything would mean offering warez - and that would get this site into trouble.
I'm all for it if your network is about retro gaming.
If it's only about "old games you download claiming they're abandoned" better change the name once more.
