I break up quotes to address points specifically. It keeps the discussion focused and allows other people to see exactly what I'm responding to.
As for flaming, I've been over this before: show me where I flamed him. Are you familiar with what a flame actually is? It's an inflammatory post which
does not advance the discussion. Just because I'm abrasive doesn't mean that I'm flaming someone.
