Thanks for the reply, unfortunately none of those games are the one i played, i found a newer game (from 2001 i believe) that is very similar to the game i am looking for, this one:

With this i'm saying that there was people walking but when you shooted or something they would start running and screaming
The camera was in a position similar to isometric games but it was not completly isometrical, and if you moved out of an scene a new scene showed up (something like grim fandango or monkey island)
