I'm surprised this hasn't been suggested already, but Abandonia should post a special newspost on the Abandonia homepage regarding the recent Electronic Merchants Association victory in the
United States Supreme Court case of Brown vs. Electronic Merchants Association. (You should really read the article - it sums up everything much more concisely than I can.) I know it doesn't relate to abandonware, but since it relates to the video game industry at large in the US, I think it might be worth consideration.
