I have here a magazine CD-ROM Today which has Syndicate Wars. Other programs are:
MDK, Blade Warriro, Crocodile Clips, Warcraft II, Diablo, Deadlock, KKND, Orly, Cybertation, Pomism, Soccer.
None of those looks like a fishing game, and they don't match your list, so I guess I have a variation from another country.
In its pages there is, however, a picture of
Trophy Bass 2. It might fit. I have played it a bit, I had a demo from another magazine.
EDIT: I have just thought, are you asking if anyone else played that particular game called "Fly Fishing"? I think it's more common here when people don't know the name of the game.
