Sadly, I don't think you're going to find ANY MMORPG that relies on player skill. The MMORPG world is dominated by hackers, dupers, bots, scams and more. No player skill, no fair play, none. At least, that's what I've seen.
However there are games that aren't MMORPGs but are multiplayer and really require skill... Like as Eagle mentioned, Savage.
