but his second account wasn't banned for the first case, he got second chance. i also think his ban is unfair and he didn't bring trouble. the only one who brought trouble who made a big thing out of this, OMG HE HAZ ANOTHER NAME BAN BAN BAN. it would provocate me as well
and you know anybody can make as much accounts from different ips and mailhosts and you wouldn't even know
